Affinity is a fully vertically integrated Massachusetts Medical Marijuana company with our production facility in Clinton, MA, and dispensaries in West Springfield and Boston’s South End. We are looking for Cultivation Technicians to work in our Clinton facility. Interesting candidates are able to listen well, ask questions, follow instructions, and work well with others. Our team is very talented, close-knit, and likeable, and we intend to hire people with similar attributes.
A Cultivation Technician I is responsible for contributing to the efficient cultivation and preparation of high-quality cannabis flower. The Cultivation Tech performs all tasks assigned in both team and individual environments under the direction of the Cultivation Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
