Affinity is a fully vertically integrated Massachusetts Marijuana company anticipating both Medical and Adult Use offerings. We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to help coordinate production and sales workflows and inventory. This position, reporting to Affinity’s Production and Compliance Manager, will be based in Clinton MA, and will be critical in making sure the company is well organized and compliant throughout our entire workflow

Position Overview:

Assist with day to day inventory management tasks and ensure timely and accurate tag and product management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Production and Compliance Manager to support compliance and daily inventory tasks into the state and company compliance tracking system
  • Support all inventory-related tasks within the facility, from seed to shipment of bulk or finished goods, to ensure timely and accurate tagging and tracking
  • Verify all products prior to sale are correctly added into the state and company compliance and tracking systems to include: price, useable weight, product type, and barcode.
  • Notify Production and Compliance Manager of any identification of inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Receive non cannabis inventory and monitor levels
  • Prepare inventory for transfer between registered licensed cannabis facilities in MA
  • Assist with transfers from bulk inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
  • Track and record all product related waste in compliance with state regulations
  • Conduct regular inventory product audits to ensure accuracy of counts
  • Ensuring widespread compliance with state/local regulations, security protocols, access protocols, and company policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean and extremely organized inventory vault

  • Ability to work in a team and in proximity with all production teams within the facility
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires use of sunglasses and ear protection
  • Ability to understand and follow all Integrated Pest Management requirements
  • All other duties as assigned by the leadership team
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred but can be taught
  • Previous experience with inventory systems, METRC system and/or LeafLogix preferred but not required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must remain in compliance with state and local cannabis regulation
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Must be able to pass a CORI and background check
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
