We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team in Austin, TX. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and overseeing all administrative responsibilities. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet clients, and set up conference rooms.
  • Assist C-Suite leadership with calendar management, scheduling travel, and appointments.
  • Arrange events and assist with trade shows.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, conference calls, and assist with meeting minutes.
  • Prepare formal correspondence, file important documents, and assist with research.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Assist with handling office building issues and occasional events.
  • Assist with projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Experience in the Life Sciences/Cell Therapy industry highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
