Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and audit outsourced accounting functions. The role entails meticulous monitoring and auditing of financial activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transitioning outsourced operations in-house and establishing a robust infrastructure. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, along with extensive knowledge of French GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and monitor all outsourced accounting activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and statements.
• Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and ensure compliance.
• Lead the transition of outsourced work in-house and establish a scalable financial infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Thorough knowledge of French Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Extensive experience in auditing and monitoring financial processes.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry highly preferred.
