Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close process
• Prepare various financial statements
• Prepare certified payroll
• Prepare union and non-union payroll
• Prepare progress billing
• Prepare labor reports as necessary
  

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience
• Previous experience within the construction industry
• Experience with DIR Website and LCP Tracker preferred
• Strong attention to detail
