We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Controller to assist with year-end close. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring accurate financial reporting during this interim period.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Generate regular financial reports for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
