The Senior Accountant's responsibilities will include overseeing the general ledger, month-end close, cost accounting, and financial reporting. This person will also be responsible for ad-hoc projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis
• Oversee month-end closing process and ledgers, inventory records, and accounting reports
• Assist in capital planning and tracking of projects
• Assist with annual budget including labor, overhead, product costing, etc.
• Perform risk and variance analysis
• Partner with vendors and manage inventory, troubleshoot issues, and provide process improvement ideas
• Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• BS degree in Accounting
• MBA preferred
• Minimum five years of experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar system
