Flu Vaccination Event

Date: Thursday, October 13th

Time: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm

Position Overview

The admin will report prior to the start of the event at the assigned time to ensure all needed supplies are onsite and that the location is prepared to be used for vaccinations. The admin will stay in contact with their assigned ops-coordinator at Mobile Health to report updates and if any issues develop. Additionally, the admin will be responsible for registering all patients for vaccination and ensure that all forms (electronic and paper) are completed as described in training prior to the event

Patient copays/payments must be collected at the time of service and signatures obtained for all Front Desk forms and financial waivers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

  • Complete the Check-In process utilizing Pre-Visit, in-Office Mobile, Pad and Dashboard in that

order

  • Cohen patient copays and payments at the time of service
  • Verify and update patient account information including obtaining signatures on all financial forms and waivers according to Front Desk policy and procedures.
  • Provide quality Customer Service to the patients and visitors courteously and promptly.
  • Maintains work area and patient waiting room routinely and in a neat and orderly manner.
  • maintain knowledge of individual physicians scheduling requirements and preferences.
  • Uphold a professional image and environment at the front desk.
  • Provide patient support and respond to requests for information in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Performs related work as required.

Qualifications and Education:

High School Graduate and preferably a minimum of two years in a medical practice environment.
