Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and client acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, healthcare industry knowledge, or previous experience in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and build relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities (e.g., HR Directors, DONs, Staffing Coordinators).
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Understand client staffing challenges and position CareerNation’s solutions effectively.
Set up and lead introductory calls and presentations with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
Maintain records in CRM (HubSpot) and provide weekly reporting on outreach and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, or healthcare operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful—able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Must be comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and managing full sales cycle.
