(2nd Shift 430p - 1am Monday - Friday. supervisors come in 20-30 minutes early to prepare for the shift & stay after the shift to send reports etc.)

Tier One Supplier to Hyundai is seeking a new team member!! Company offers great benefits.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:00 am to 05:00 pm, overtime and weekend work mandatory as needed.

Pay: Depends on experience.

The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment.

• Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner.

• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence.
• Assist with inventory activities.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• FL Lift Certified.
• Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good practical experience with MS Office.
• Intermediate level in Excel or above.

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position.
• High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus.
