LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST
Rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll be the initial point of contact for potential new clients and will survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and coordinate with lawyers to facilitate the proper handling of the new client’s bodily injury claim.

LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
· Evaluating prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard;
· Compiling information and documents for potential new clients;
· Generating initial sign-up paperwork and facilitating signing of same;
· Setting up new claims and drafting correspondence to insurance carriers;
· Creating client files; and
. Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience working within a personal injury/auto law firm preferred
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
Applicant should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and able to learn new software programs quickly. Knowledge of Needles case management software definite plus. Previous legal experience a plus. Pay is commensurate with job experience.
