RECEPTIONIST JOB SUMMARY - 37.50 hours per week
As the “face” of the company, the Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, vendors and employees into the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones
- Process mail
- Administrative tasks
- You will also work closely with our surety (bonds) producer in a clerical capacity to assist with that specific workload
- Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Maintains lobby appearance
- Orders, receives and maintains office supplies
- Logs checks that come via USPS and notify Finance Lead
- Make electronic deposits
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- You must be tech savvy
- Administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in call management systems
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds
- Dependable and able to work as part of a team and independently
- Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry to grow into future roles
