Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to adjustment)
Some Saturdays may be required (usually 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Pay starts at $15.00/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Greet and assist customers and guests at the front desk
- Page or notify staff members when guests or calls arrive
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Accept and distribute mail and packages
- Help coordinate dealership refreshments, brochures, and showroom materials
- Provide support to sales, service, and management as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Clear, professional phone voice and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, phone system handling)
- Previous receptionist, call center, or dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
