Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to adjustment)

Some Saturdays may be required (usually 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Pay starts at $15.00/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Greet and assist customers and guests at the front desk
  • Page or notify staff members when guests or calls arrive
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
  • Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Accept and distribute mail and packages
  • Help coordinate dealership refreshments, brochures, and showroom materials
  • Provide support to sales, service, and management as needed

     

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Clear, professional phone voice and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, phone system handling)
  • Previous receptionist, call center, or dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
