Quiet and professional apartment community is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of the property and available units.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community, ensuring a positive leasing experience.
• Assist prospective residents with applications, lease agreements, and necessary documentation.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, online listings, and community events.
• Ensure the community and model units are clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is a plus.
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work some Saturdays as needed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm. Some Saturdays required.

Pay: Starting at $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
