To further grow our team and support our business, we are seeking an Office Manager (OM). This individual will be a vital component to our team. The OM must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The OM must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a diverse and dynamic team. This individual must also be able to handle confidential matters (both Catapult and client) with discretion.

WHAT IT TAKES
The successful candidate will interface regularly with all Catapult team members. They will support the administrative & operational needs of the Catapult Team and Clients as well as be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The OM will serve as the point person for all vendors and suppliers while being present in the office. They will provide administrative support for both Catapult and clients in connection with the virtual learning platform (VLP).
