Job Profile: Junior ABAP/BTP developer

Primary Tasks:

 

• Work under the guidance of senior developers to design, develop and maintain ABAP programs, classes and function modules
• Support existing applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary enhancements
• Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure program functionality and quality
• Continuously learning new ABAP concepts, tools, and technologies to expand their skillset and knowledge
• Assist in client meetings and gathering requirements
• Actively learning about BTP technologies and processes
• Contributing to the development of BTP-based solutions, including designing interfaces and developing applications
• Assisting in design, development and implementation of solutions using SAP BTP, supporting senior consultants and gaining expertise in BTP technologies.
• Assisting in SAP BTP integration services and projects

Work Experience / Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including syntax, debugging and performance tuning
• Familiarity with BTP technologies and related tools is required
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of the SAP BTP platform business values, architecture and catalogue of services
• BS/BA Degree
