Demand Generation Marketer

PURPOSE

 

Customers are the heart of our business. Our organization strives to maintain positive customer interactions and increase our customer base. To be successful, the Demand Generation Marketer will need to develop and maintain a firm understanding of Ardalyst’s services, products and target customers as well as partner integration.The Demand Generation Marketer will accomplish this by performing the following duties personally or working with support staff:

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop specific campaigns to drive new customer acquisition
  • Track marketing metrics and adjust campaigns to improve success
  • Work with key partners to develop co-marketing activities that maximize our marketing investments (Microsoft OCP, Azure, Dynamics Marketplace, FireEye, Gigamon)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team members to plan marketing events
  • Develop nurture campaigns for sales reps to guide the prospect through the buying process
  • Leverage marketing automation tools including subscribed lists, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive activities and ultimate generate leads
  • Participate in developing strategies for conferences, trade shows, partner and industry events
  • Develop, enhance and sustain key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM)
  • Develop and maintain metrics on marketing and sales activities that measure effectiveness, including but not limited to:
    • Performance metrics
    • Cost metrics
    • Channel metrics

 

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

The primary measure of success will be the number of successful marketing campaigns, qualified leads and increased customer acquisition.These targets will be established for 2020 and the following are the specific measures for the first 90 days:

 

  • Establish metrics that measure lead quality and stages
  • Establish budget and marketing outcomes for 2020 business plan
  • Increase Ardalyst site traffic and Alexa score
  • Execute one campaigns
