We are looking for a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert that is passionate about delivering tailored technical support to our Navy customers. They should be a highly technical leader who has experience in operations both Ashore and Afloat on Navy networks.

We operate nationally with our employees based out of Seattle, WA and Annapolis, MD. You will work primarily onsite with our customers in San Diego, CA or our Annapolis, MD office. You may work remotely at times.

Ideal Candidates

  • Knowledge and experience in secure systems planning, design, configuration, and operation
  • Confident working with internal and external teams to achieve larger, enterprise goals
  • 7+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading IT/Cybersecurity teams (Blue or Red Team experience a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and enforcing regulatory compliance, system administration, troubleshooting, and providing customer support in high-tempo operational environments (hardware, software, security).
  • Has planned, designed and performed systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency
  • Provides recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology
  • Ability to apply policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements

Candidates must be a US Citizen and must have a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance to begin work and the ability to obtain a Top Secret-SCI security clearance.
