Ardalyst is a digital risk management company that helps organizations thrive in the digital world by replacing uncertainty with understanding. We do this by powering digital transformation through expertise in line of business applications, cloud, and cyber resilience.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong analyst background to join our growing team. Our Technical Project Managers are critical to a project’s success and know the best way to quickly build credibility with a client is to devote time and effort to understanding the many facets of a client’s business. They seek to understand core issues in play across a client’s industry and anticipate how general industry concerns may affect individual client needs.

Ardalyst is a mashup of Ardent, meaning “passionate” and Catalyst, meaning “change agent.” To be an Ardalyst means to be passionate about creating and sustaining meaningful transformations. Ardalysts come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and share these traits in common:

CURIOUS: Ardalysts are hungry to learn. We can’t help customers through digital transformations by being stubborn or stuck in the past. Technology’s rate of change is accelerating, and we must always seek to understand the new and develop our skills.

TRUSTWORTHY: Ardalysts believe the best way for us to always be learning is to have an open mind and heart; to give and earn trust and support; and to share our knowledge and experience with each other.

ACCOUNTABLE: To be a passionate agent for change, both for ourselves and for our customers, we must give our best effort and care about results. Our formula for engagement is to create a supportive environment, develop opportunities for learning and growth, work hard, reflect on mistakes, and celebrate success.
