JOB SUMMARY

Our client is looking to hire a motivated and passionate Property Manager in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. This Property Manager will play a vital role in overseeing operations, resident satisfaction and leading a team.

• Manage 350+ units. 

• Coach, develop, and manage members of the property team. 

• Day-to-day operations, financial management & reporting. 

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws. 

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of property management experience. 

• Strong leadership skills.

• Strong computer program knowledge such as MS Office Suite, as well as any software program related to the property management industry. 

• Organization skills & and robust interpersonal communication skills.
