Controller Opportunity!

Our manufacturing client with over 50 years in business is looking for a Controller! This role will partner with the Owner to help build and execute the next chapter of the business! As the Financial Controller, you will manage the accounting department and support the day to day accounting activities along with lead month-end close.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Implement weekly reporting cadence for pricing analysis and job closings
• Prepare monthly owner and leadership team reports
• Mentor, lead, and guide the Accounting team
• Monitor operating margins
• Facilitate banking relationships
• Manage and reconcile tax payments including payroll and sales taxes
• Partner with CPA firm for Year-end reporting
• Collaborate with External IT firm to manage company IT needs
