Human Resources Director
$75K - $90K Salary

Are you a Human Resources leader who has a passion for managing as well as supporting a growing workforce? As the HR Director you will have a seat at the table to play a strategic role in making changes that benefit both the company and employees. If you enjoy working up and down the organization chart from front line employees all the way up to the CEO, this is a position you should strongly consider.
The right fit for this position will have led either the entire HR function or a subset of HR, with a strong understanding of HR as a whole. This person will be able to interact with all levels of the organization, have proven communication skills, experience with employee relations, and the ability to think both strategically and critically and make decisions. At times this organization is fast-paced and requires some creativity from leadership. This person is on the executive team and reports directly to the CEO and has autonomy and authority to lead and manage the HR function.
