Champion is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to join our team and mission in providing the best staffing and recruitment services in our community.
We specialize in temporary to permanent labor, general labor, skilled, janitorial, hospitality, crowd control, cleaning, composite crew, administrative, and clerical positions.

This position is responsible for bringing in new business as well as servicing existing accounts.
This is accomplished by marketing and selling the staffing services of the company using cold calling, networking events and business to business sales techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
Education Level Required: Minimum of a High School education
Experience Required: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Knowledge Required: Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and possess keen listening skills. Must be able to handle multiple clients and to effectively meet critical deadlines. Basic knowledge of operations at field level; familiarity with navigating and using a computer; must be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management; must be able to travel and work independently as well as in a group setting.
This position pays $40k - 50k base plus commissions Base Salary is $70k after first major sales goal is met. A company laptop will be provided as well as mileage and phone reimbursement.
Schedule: Salary position, generally 8 am to 5:00 pm, tasks must be completed satisfactorily, and achieving results.
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000 base plus commission - $70,000.00 Base After first major sales goal is met. Over $70,000.00 base with performance, bonuses, and commissions.
