Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communications
    • Answering phones
    • Checking messages and returning phone calls
    • Providing online chat support
    • Answering emails and Facebook messages
    • Escalating issues to management as needed
    • Enforcing customer service policies
    • Providing general support and troubleshooting for customer issues
  • Order management and administration
    • Applying changes to orders
    • Entering mail-in orders into the website
    • Communicating with the customers on behalf of the production teams
    • Entering pending returns in tracking spreadsheets


  • Self-starter, able to effectively multi-task, organized
  • Ability to empathize with customers, speak with confidence, and adhere to company policy
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Resourceful, upbeat and enjoy getting things done day-to-day

Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Location of Louisville Office: 445 Baxter Ave. Suite 150, Louisville, Kentucky, 40204

Shift: Normal shift is 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, may fluctuate from time to time

Travel: None required

Salary Range: $12-13 per hour
