In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bookeeping/accounting duties for the company. This includes entering and reconciling vendor and expense invoices, preparing bank statement reconciliations, processing and entering payroll, closing the books on a monthly basis, and overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable and collection functions. To ensure success you should have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, excellent project management skills, and attention to detail.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
