Why is this role important?

The Process Mapping Consultant will participate in the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of assigned databases and maps and ensure the integrity, quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to identify, document, and map undocumented workflows and examines and updates existing documented workflows. This role will help develop the tools and resources needed to standardize and unify medical data from multiple independent sources

Day-to-day activities:

  • Use spreadsheets and/or other tools to manipulate various mappings received, characterize them, and put them into a common format, when possible, to facilitate their mapping and/or validation
  • Work closely with the business units to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • You will be responsible for maintenance, improvements, updating process, workflow documentation, and mapping
  • Effective collaboration with SMEs, business unit leaders, and team members to identify their needs and requirements
  • Attending and participating in meetings with the Charm Fertility team and active consultants to support them, discuss challenges and potential solutions, obtain feedback, review progress and promote cooperation
  • Communicate effectively across teams and groups
  • Powerful and effective communication across teams and with business leaders

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience in Business and/or Product Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, training and building learning material
  • Strong attention to detail in research, analysis, and review of written materials and plans
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office, google suite and CRMs
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and quickly respond to Departmental priorities
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high- level tasks
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
