Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager

Position Overview:
Account Management is the hub of the organization. This position will assume the relationship with the client from the sales department once the sales process has ended, and will be the liaison to Circles for the client, assisting with client launches and the ongoing relationship. Responsibilities will include: building and maintaining day to day relationships with the client, assisting in the development of a strong communications system with marketing, operations and sales teams. This position requires excellent communication and relationship skills, a high level of professionalism, and analytical thinking.   • Building and maintaining strong tactical and strategic relationships with the client
  • Act as liaison between Circles and client to drive achievement of program goals
  • Assist in client contract renewals
  • Acts as program manager/project manager for client initiatives/deliverables
  • Creation of compelling client presentations
  • Report on and communicates progress to internal partners on all key client performance indicators
  • Ensures profitable accounts and business
  • Look for opportunities to grow accounts through ensuring conversancy in the client account business vertical, as well as looking for value-added opportunities to assist the client to reach their business goals
  • Identify new growth opportunities for Circles, primarily via a committed focus on and staying attuned to sales activity/trends for existing accounts
  • Manages overall reporting process for client development accounts on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Facilitate, design and manages cross-functional project plans to ensure successful new client launches and current client initiatives
  • Grows and maintains strong partnerships / relationships with internal Circles service teams to assure the effective day to day servicing of clients
  • Liaise with internal marketing partners to drive client marketing efforts, including the development of new materials and the launch/maintenance of ongoing marketing plans

  • 3-5 years of client management experience
  • Flexibility to manage multiple client demands and projects simultaneously

  • Microsoft Suite proficient

  • Clear concise communicator
  • Recognizes different audiences and level of detail necessary
  • Ability to lead people on cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and planning, innovation, creativity in problem solving and decision-making
  • Ability to quickly grasp and then communicate analytic concepts and ideas clearly
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Bachelor's degree required
