Floating Guest Service Agent for Office Building

This is a dynamic role that requires working from home 5 days a week (total of 20 hours) with the flexibility to provide coverage to our onsite guest services desk in Washington, DC.

The Concierge Program offers white glove customer service to our clientele via face-to-face interaction, email and phone. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services to employees. You will make recommendations and offer suggestions, as well as fulfill employee and visitor requests to satisfy their needs. This position requires exemplary hospitality skills, knowledge of the local area, and availability to work a flexible schedule. When not covering at a designated onsite location or assisting that client with projects/special requests, the employee will be supporting the Circles call center from their home location. You must have the ability to have a private, quiet work space.

The onsite location for this position is Plano, Texas and you must have reliable transportation as well as the ability to have a flexible schedule Monday – Friday 7am-6pm. Schedules may change with little or no notice. 20 hours per week, some weeks may require more hours.

Job Responsibilities:

You will perform services including but not limited to:

  • Provide uncompromising service to employees by arranging personal and convenience services
  • Perform general information research on products and services
  • Research and assist with personal travel, gift recommendations, event planning, household service requests
  • Research local hotel suggestions and make transportation arrangements
  • Book travel services including car and hotel suggestions and make reservations
  • Participate in onsite events promoting concierge services and new initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating relationships with local vendors to promote additional onsite services for employees such as, dry cleaning, auto detailing and massage therapy
  • Hit monthly targeted goals assigned by the Onsite Manager
  • Accountable for entering all documented data daily in the Circles record tracking system
  • Project an approachable and professional image at all times
  • Promote meaningful relationships through engaging and informed conversation with employees via face to face interaction, phone and email
  • Maintain a general understanding of events occurring in the local area
  • Respond to employee requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner, without exception
  • Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives with team members and your Onsite Manager
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Able to adapt to schedule changes as needed to ensure appropriate staffing of desk
  • Consistently provide best in class customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
  • Handling facilities requests
  • Greeting vendors/employees
  • Lobby oversight including employee/visitor/contractor badge management
  • Additional duties as assigned
