Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
• Pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• Strong knowledge of MS Word; advanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment
• Creative and result-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
• Must be local to or reside in the Atlanta, GA area
