REMOTE Oracle Fusion - Payroll Implementation Consultant

**This is a Remote role but can require site visits to the client in Washington state. The work must be performed in the contiguous United States and per the federal government contract US Citizenship is required**

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant to lead the delivery, configuration, and optimization of Payroll functionality within the HCM Cloud suite. This position requires both deep functional knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure successful implementations, smooth operations, and strong client adoption of Oracle Payroll Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the Oracle Fusion Payroll module, providing best practice guidance and driving configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Conduct discovery sessions, facilitate design workshops, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Configure Oracle Payroll features and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Change Management teams to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Assist in developing training resources and end-user documentation for effective knowledge transfer.

  • Monitor system performance, recommend process improvements, and optimize payroll operations.

  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates, evaluate their impact, and implement necessary adjustments.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud, with proven expertise in Payroll.

  • Strong background in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Payroll.

  • Hands-on experience across the full Oracle implementation lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Post-Go-Live Support.

  • Solid understanding of Core HR and its integration points with Payroll.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
