Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Consultant to play a key role in implementing, configuring, and enhancing the Benefits functionality within the Oracle HCM suite. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on specialist, ensuring that our clients maximize the value of their Oracle Benefits Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise on the Oracle Fusion Benefits module, delivering best practice guidance on design, configuration, and deployment.
Lead or support requirements gathering sessions, design discussions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Perform system setup and configuration of Oracle Benefits features to align with business needs.
Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Change Management stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and smooth system integration.
Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user support documentation.
Monitor and analyze Oracle quarterly updates, advising on potential impacts and recommending adjustments where needed.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with deep knowledge of the Benefits module.
Proven track record of full-cycle Oracle Benefits implementations, including design, build, testing, and go-live support.
Solid understanding of Core HR and its integration with Benefits.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification is strongly preferred.
