  • Manage Data Accuracy: Automate and govern Force Provider baseline forecast data to ensure reliability and precision for senior decision-makers.
  • Visual Analytics: Contribute to the development of the Readiness Analytics Visualization Environment (RAVEN) to offer leaders actionable insights via user-friendly interfaces.
  • Compliance & Lifecycle Processes: Ensure RDIM aligns with ISO/IEEE 29148-2018 standards, participating in Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and software deployment efforts.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Perform data mining and analysis to uncover insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the DoD’s Data Science, Engineering, and Web Development teams to streamline development processes.
  • Documentation & Governance: Support the creation and maintenance of programmatic processes, technical design documents, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Integrate new models and features to keep RDIM updated and aligned with evolving readiness needs.
  • Configuration Management: Maintain version control and ensure the RDIM’s integrity throughout its lifecycle using best practices in Git.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Deliver high-quality solutions independently or in a collaborative team environment, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering and software development or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python (required) and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL.
    • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
