REMOTE Oracle Fusion - Learning Implementation Consultant

**This is a Remote role but can require site visits to the client in Washington state. The work must be performed in the contiguous United States and per the federal government contract US Citizenship is required**

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning Consultant to help deliver and enhance Oracle Learning Cloud within the HCM suite. This position blends functional expertise and hands-on configuration to drive successful rollouts, optimize learning processes, and ensure strong adoption of Oracle Learning Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Oracle Fusion Learning module, advising on best practices and leading configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Participate in requirement gathering, facilitate design workshops, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Configure Oracle Learning features including catalogs, content, learning communities, instructor-led training, and blended programs.

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and system integration.

  • Contribute to the development of documentation, training materials, and ongoing end-user support.

  • Review Oracle quarterly updates, assess potential impacts, and make recommendations for adjustments.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, with deep expertise in the Learning module.

  • Proven background implementing and supporting Oracle Learning Cloud, including ILT, learning paths, and automated assignments.

  • Familiarity with Core HR and its integration with Learning.

  • Strong knowledge of the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Support).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
