Clear Ridge Defense is seeking a TS/SCI cleared professional to serve as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer in Fort Meade, Maryland.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will...

• Perform and review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Design, develop, implement, and integrate IA and security/system components such as those for networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Validate and verify system security requirements.
• Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments.
• Assist architects and system developers in the identification and implementation of IA functionality to satisfy Agency security policies.
• Assess and mitigate system security threats throughout the program life cycle.

Must-Haves

• Top Secret clearance with polygraph.

• Twenty (20) years of experience in an Information Systems Security Engineer role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Expertise in: system security design process, information domain, cross domain solutions, commercial off-the-shelf and government off-the-shelf cryptography, system integration, risk management, intrusion detection, contingency planning, incident handling, configuration control, auditing, and security testing.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
