Full-Service HVAC Maintenance Provider is looking to add a HVAC Service Technician to their growing team. They are seeking a well-qualified HVAC Service technician to install, maintain and service heating ventilation and air-conditioning systems for customers in multifamily high end luxury buildings in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Candidates must have the following skills as well as the demeanor, professionalism and appearance that our customers expect and deserve.

• HVAC Service: Minimum 5 years + EPA Certification + OSHA30/SST
• Ability to climb ladders and moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
• Ability to work independently to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Must have previous experience and vast knowledge of: Heat Pumps, VRF, Cooling Towers
• Uses experience and technical skills to determine service requirements
• Produce Daily service reports
• Experience with Service Fusion - service and maintenance accounts app
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; Technicians will be issued a truck after a short probationary period and must have a safe, convenient place to keep the vehicle overnight
• Live within the boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and New Jersey that would be
  convenient to Staten Island (Company HQ)
