Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated data Capturer in Staten island, NY for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) for bedside patient care. This is a full time, in person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years in healthcare data entry, medical records, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

 

• Capture and update patient data from source documents into EHR or health databases.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of records.
• Conduct routine data quality checks and correct errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Support reporting, billing, and compliance activities as needed.
