Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) :

• Registered Nurse ( RN ) with an active and unrestricted license in the state of NY
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing ( SNF ) or healthcare setting is preferred. Training is available.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) :

• Develop, implement, and maintain infection prevention and control policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and track infection rates within the facility, investigating any outbreaks and identifying trends or patterns.
• Conduct regular infection control audits, ensuring compliance with standards of care and infection control practices.
• Provide education and training to staff on infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and isolation procedures.
• Support the Director of Nursing and other leadership team members with daily operations, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
