Compensation: $84,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary, Based on Medicare rate.

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF )  in Mohegan Lake, New York, for bedside patient care. This is an In-Person, Part-Time positions 3-4 days per week, 6 hours per day.

Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) :

• Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in the state of New York
• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( NP )
• Active DEA License preferred 
• Experience working in an Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) preferred

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) :

• Check ups
• Management of chronic conditions
• Medications management.
