Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admissions Director for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Stow, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications of the Admissions Director:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
1+ years of experience in nursing home admissions, healthcare marketing, or social work
Must be able to. Build relationships with families, residents, and referral sources
Have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities of the Admissions Director:
Oversee the admission of new residents, ensuring all paperwork, financials, and medical records are completed and compliant with regulations.
Work with hospitals, doctors, case managers, and social workers to maintain a steady flow of referrals and admissions.
Coordinate with the nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to ensure a positive and seamless move-in experience for residents and their families.
