Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) to lead facility staff with the primary goal of providing quality resident care. This is a full time, in person position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm

Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) :

• Proven leadership and management with at least three years as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a post acute care setting.

• Proven experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) in a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

• A current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) license in the state of Illinois

Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) :

• Supervision of facility staff including the Director of Clinical Services, the Business Office Manager, Director of Admission, and the Director of Dining Services while working closely with the Director of Nursing, all with the goal of providing quality resident care.

• Continuous evaluation and improvement of financial and programmatic goals for the facility.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
