Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Director ( CD ) for our Substance User Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Clinical Director ( CD ):

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid license such as LPC, LISW, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of Ohio.

• 2+Years of Clinical Leadership Experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Director ( CD ):

• Supervise therapists, counselors, and case managers to ensure effective delivery of services.

• Maintain adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g.,Medicaid, Joint Commission).

• Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs.

• Provide onboarding and ongoing professional development for the clinical team.

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and oversee client outcomes and satisfaction.
