Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) for our Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) Company in Salt Lake City, UT to lead and supervise our team who visit with children for counseling sessions in their homes. Both full time and part time positions available, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst ( BCBA ) :

• 1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst ( BCBA )

Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst ( BCBA ) :

• Lead and supervise the ABA therapy team
• Maintain relationships with clients on an as needed, ongoing basis
• Review current policies and procedures to ensure they are continuously being adhered to and improved upon
• Completion of Continuing Education courses to maintain licensure and improve clinical skills
