Compensation: $220,000 - $350,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) for our Psychiatric Hospital in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ):

• Executive Leadership Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings

• Knowledge of Psychiatric and Regulatory Standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS)

• Financial and Operational Management Expertise

• Strong Communication and Strategic Planning Skills

Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ):

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation

• Build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and community partners
