Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) for our Substance Use Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, in-person position, 3 or 4 days per week, 12 hour shifts.

Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) :

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in New York.

• 1+ years of experience in Substance Abuse, Mental Health or Emergency Services.

• Experience with the underserved population including homeless and incarcerated individuals.

• Caring and compassionate bedside manor with a desire to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ):

• Check patient vitals

• Medication distribution

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation.

• Report directly to the Nurse Supervisor
