Compensation: $200,000 - $210,000 Annually

                                                           Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist ( MD ) for our Behavioral Health Center in Sunbury, Pennsylvania to assist with in person visits for children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues. This is a Part-Time, In-Person position working 2-3 days per week, 20 hours per week.

Qualifications of the Psychiatrist ( MD ) :

• Doctor of Medicine degree ( MD ) and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology ( ABPN ) certification

• 1+ years of experience as a Psychiatrist ( MD )

• Familiar with diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy)

• Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist ( MD ) :

• Assess patients through sessions and medical history reviews

• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed

• Maintain complete and confidential medical records
