Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Canal Fulton, Ohio to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full time position, in person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) :

• 2+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare administration.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.

• A valid Nursing Home Administration ( NHA ) license in Ohio

Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) :

• Resident care oversight | Ensure quality care is provided to residents

• Staff management | Hire, train, and supervise all staff members within the
  facility, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel.

• Financial management | Manage the budget, overseeing the billing and
  reimbursement processes, and making financial decisions to ensure the
  facility's sustainability.

• Compliance with regulations | Ensure the facility adheres to all state and
  federal regulations related to healthcare standards and resident safety.

• Communication and collaboration | Act as a liaison between residents,
  families, staff, and outside healthcare providers.

• Facility operations | Oversee maintenance, building upkeep, and overall
  facility management.
