Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Home Health Care Agency that provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical impairments and injuries in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday from 8:30am- 5pm.

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist:

• Valid Physical Therapy ( PT ) license in Maryland.

• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist ( PT )

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs for ongoing recovery.

• Home visits to patients in Anne Arundel County, MD.
