Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Psychiatric Hospital in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Director of Nursing ( DON ):

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a Psychiatric setting

• Valid Registered Nurse ( RN ) license

• Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a Psychiatric Hospital setting

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing ( DON ):

• As the Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Psychiatric Hospital, you will lead and oversee all nursing personnel

• Further develop and enforce policies for high quality standards of patient care

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

• Direct budgets and monitor expenditures
