Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Telehealth Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Telehealth Agency. This is a full-time, remote position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Telehealth Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):

• Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) or Physician Assistant ( PA ) license in New York and Pennsylvania

• 2+ years of clinical experience, with 1+ years of experience in telehealth and geriatric care

• DEA license is required

• Strong communication and patient care skills, with an ability to deliver remote healthcare services effectively

• Bilingual to Bengali

Responsibilities of the Telehealth Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):

• Provide telehealth services for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities ( SNF )

• Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases through careful questioning and assessment of patient symptoms via telehealth platform

• Provide health consultation, education, and treatment for patients via telehealth

• Prescribe appropriate medications as needed
