Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated General Contractor ( GC ) for our Real Estate Company in Broward County, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the General Contractor ( GC ):

• 1+ years of experience in fix-and-flip real estate projects.

• General Contractor ( GC ) license highly preferred.

• Real Estate license preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in fix-and-flip and project management software.

• Reliable transportation is a must.

• Detail-oriented with a creative vision.

Responsibilities of the General Contractor ( GC ):

• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion within deadlines.

• Assemble and lead teams, fostering collaboration and expertise.

• Source and procure necessary materials and resources.
